Allows for ease in future expansion and functionality
Planning the SPRINT
Before beginning the sprint, the team sat together and planned so as to answer the following questions

How will we track progress?
The Process
Day 1
Planning
Setting the Goals
First, we researched a little about the current donation practices, types of donations, and the various factors that are important in the process of donation. After discussing the same, we created How Might We Questions to set our goal for the project.
Creating How Might We questions and further Filtering by Voting
Final Goals
How might we find other ways to donate other than monetary?
How might we ensure people donate before leaving the website?
How might we ensure that the donation process is transparent for the users?
Day 2
Secondary Research
Ideation
For each of the three missions, all the members of the team ideated individually and presented their ideas in the form of text or sketches. After that, the team voted on the best ideas and went forward with the same.

Day 5
Usability Testing
We connected with the participants using Google Meet. The moderator gave a brief about the project and our aims for the test. And asked them to perform the decided tasks on the website. All the findings were then put on a digital board
Insights
By the test we figured out : Users need information about the NGOs conducting the event.
Ideally
We would go back to the planning phase with the insights from usability test.
